What is going on? Cabal lag!!!

I need your help. We been experiencing a lot of lag lately. Please help us enjoy the game more but getting less laggy. My character is like walking somewhere and just froze or the place is empty. No monsters no people and even no NPC. Help. =(

Servers are full, but they are stable. Even when my internet starts to lag out like crazy (roommates torrenting >.>) I can still play without DCing, just can't combo well.
