GM problem with Australian players connecting to cabal!!!

GM please investigate, there is some problem with Australian IP address unable to connect into www.cabal.com and in game. It occurs for a couple of hours everyday and it is very annoying, please fix soon.
I also believe it could be happening to other countries IP address too

I come from Vietnam, since cabalglobal play, we can connect to the server using your real ip, but after the server merge, GM of the IP block for our country, I have so many ideas GM was to review, but it's just hopeless. Century 21 22 then, and still have about discrimination. Why merge servers, preventing us to cabal? Why?
