so what about fb and fs, this event is for all the other classes and aswell as since the dt troglo lair is gone, they are now giving the economy/community of cabal another chance to obtain these very epic rare rings, i for one think its a great idea for the game as a event, but kinda sad that it has to be char bind :(

fb/fs dont need another rate ring,since they already got the base from buffs.would be good to have a rate and dmg ring together with the event ^_^

a merg ring and 41% weapon and helm would be same rate and 4% more damage ( if they are all +2 cr 9% for +1 )
