Lvling up guilds

This may be a noob question but I do not fully understand how to lvl up my guild. How much does a player under 120 lvling give the guild score? I heard that after 120 it is 1 guild score per AP. Could anyone help me out to understand this topic?

How to level up Guild:
Players under level 120 give AP from them leveling up, while Players level 120 and higher give AP when the Player recieves AP *Except for when a Player recieves AP from Nation War* The more guildies you can get into partys together the faster the AP your guild will get. Any other question just ask cuz the only dumb question or noob question is the question that is NEVR asked

For some reason my guild doesn't get the AP received from war. :\
