Another 'Cabal wont start Issue'

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise
Internet Security: Norton 360 v5.0

Click start: nothing happens after besides game guard activating in the corner with that mystic wi pic in the middle of the screen.

I did the win7 exclusion thing for the snake application.
I excluded the folder the cabal installer was being downloaded to so that Norton wouldn't remove it upon completion.
I made sure both game guard and cabal exe were allowed to move past the firewall.

Is there something else I'm missing?

What I can tell you is that the problem isn't caused by Norton 360. I tested version 4.0 and 5.0 they both work with gameguard. Could you provide a screenshot of your running processes? Maybe there is one causing a problem.

i have the same problem as u do that wiz pics come up in the middle and then disappear and that is the end ><" please give some advice GM
