* Resist Critical added in stats for Epaulet of Guard (17/04/2011)
* Details of New Epaulet stats (17/04/2011)

+ 70 Attack
+ 140 Attack Rate
+ 5% Sword Skill Amp.
+ 350 HP
o Epaulet of Sage:
+ 70 Magic Attack
+ 140 Attack Rate
+ 5% Magic Skill Amp.
+ 350 HP
o Epaulet of Guard:
+ 70 Defense
+ 7% Resist Skill Amp. (18/04/2011)
+ 7% Resist Critical Rate
+ 450 HP

What is your source to prove this "7% damp"? I don't see it in the Korean Cabal update note on 18/04/11.

The guard eppy is in the top right corner. 스킬 증폭저항 +7% = Resist skill amp +7%.
This was already released in the 13/04/11 Korean Test Server Update. Some idiot translated it wrong as 7% Flee Rate, hur hur.
