You have failed ... help

You have failed to connect the server. Please try later ... This shows me when i tried to login in cabal ... i have already red the thread who is upper the mine, but it doesnt help me this still shows... I though it was problem from my account but when i try to connect with my friend's account it shows me the same. And when my friend try to login with my account it shows him that there is incorrect pass or acc ...

Please help, thanks in advance.

I'm from Bulgaria (my friend too), i haven't been played this game before (my friend does), my computer stats - AMD Athlon 3800+ ... 1GB RAM , GForce 8500GT Silent
