Runtime error

I tried to log onto Cabal, but after I went through the update thing and pressed start, the client wouldnt open. It says I have some sort of runtime error. I dont know what that is or how to fix it. Anyone feel like helping? Thanks. Already tried rebooting. Didnt help.

eh i get that same error time to time when i try to enter IC2 it crashs and give me that error or some parts in IC1 it crashs and give me that crap -.- oh the worst error is the link one lol
