Is this global or not?

Since I'm reading from technical Issues that some Countries are IP blocked yet this apparently being the global version.

I'm from Europe and my friend is from the US, I want to play with her but she obviously can't enter the EU one so we want to try this one.

Is the EU blocked from here? If it is then wow, Please remove the Global status.

EU has its own version, this is Cabal North America, the global server is seperate and was merged with na recently. IP restrictions are on for those who have a local cabal version available. so no you wont beable to play with your friend on the same version.

they dont need to remove "global" status, as that server was merged here, you need to learn to read.


even global server had IP restrictions on NA and EU, because we have our own versions, untill it was merged here .... "global" doesnt mean anyone from anywhere, it means people from where there was no available service of cabal online.
