Megaphone spammers!!!

I think megaphone spammers just started last week.. can you guys do anything about it before it gets worst...? sometimes I can block them but sometimes I can't for some reason.. it says user doesn't exist... there should be an option to not be able to see megaphone chat because ppl have conversation using it and I don't care!!! Lol its just annoying...
