i have "failed to connect server" problem. and i used helpdesk ages ago and it still says "ticket in progress" :3 please check ticket #26592.
they should have standard...like ur ticket will be answered in 72 hours or something
as it is that 'ticket in progress' status is at least a consolation; an improvement from the annoying 'ticket open' that u don't even know if they so much as tldr'ed or what
but still, sometimes u get the feeling of 'ticket in progress (forever)'
