Failed to download server information, restart launcher pl.

So this is the problem I have had starting today. Yesterday it was fine. I did not update or add anything to my comp. I can not even access the cabal website from my own wifi at home, but I can use my mobile wifi hotspot to connect to the website and run the game. Sadly my phone's internet is kinda slow so I lag really bad. Can someone help me with this issue? And is anyone else having this problem? I've cleared my cache and cookies, also I even reinstalled the game to see if it was the issue and it still didn't work. "Failed to download server information, restart launcher pl."

*edit: I also can not access this forum from my internet in my house, currently using mobile wifi hotspot!
