Wont let me getinto a Server. Connection issue

When i go to log in it lets me. Then at the bottem when it is loading it goes to the end then it says:
-You have failed to connect the server please try later"
what is wrong?

it may be ip restriction or some other issue, try submitting help desk ticket with information about where your connecting from and what internet provider you have

also make sure there is not firewall or anti virus blocking the internet access to cabal, but its still good to submit ticket incase its related to IP or region.
