Failed to connect server.

I just downloaded the software and registered already. But I have a problem logging in to the game. Its says whenever i log:

Failed to connect server.
You have failed to connect the server.
Please try later.

Is it because of maintenance or something, or is there any other issue/s regarding this matter?

Probably maintenence. Heard they fixing guildwarehouse. Havent been online tho =x
