Is it possible to be a completer at level 40?

i used to play this game back in the days around 2005-2006 n was wondering if they patch that up, like have to be a certain lvl now to be a completer, transcender n so on.

Yes you need 10 levels for every new Skill Rank.

1. Novice(Starting Skill Level)
2. Apprentice(Level 20)
3. Regular(Level 30)
4. Expert(Level 40)
5. A. Expert(Level 50)
6. Master(Level 60)
7. A. Master (Level 70)
8. G. Master (Level 80)
9. Completer(Level 90)
10. Transcender(Level 100)

Not anymore, but there are still a few beta players around like the lvl 16 trans blader that just chills around all day lol

but war has a skill level cap, and you have to level up to get your honor up that way. D:< so there's no point in keeping it that level.
