Failed to Update?

I tried to update the game after installing and it says in green text: "Failed to download server information. Please restart launcher." I tried the following:

-Reinstalling CABAL
-Shutting off firewalls
-Deleteing temp files

Nothin is helping, Help?

I have been having the same problem all day. my game worked fine yesterday and the days before that. lol. i cant find a solution to this problem. i have not tried deleting files, but i have reinstalled the game and even downloaded it again to reinstall it. nothing helped.
