Installation problem

I've downloaded the Full Client Download and whenever I try to open it, it freezes the folder it's placed in. I tried running it as an administrator but the permission box doesn't pop up either way. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Btw, I have Windows Vista if that makes a difference to anything

it did that on my other computer (vista 32 bit). I assume you mean the installer wont open? If thats the case you might just have to wait for it. When i had that problem i just walked away for 10 minutes and when i came back it was running

I think I've tried that before for longer than 10 minutes but I'll see if I can try again. If it doesn't work is there any other way I can download or install Cabal?
