Why i can't login to the server?

Here's the problem i facing:

I can check files and Start Cabal but then i login that time. Connecting.....You have failed connect to the server. Please try again.

Any solution for this?

ya just try again sounds like you temporarily lost connection or the server is so busy at that time that if just failed to connect. happens to me on occasion but i wait a beat and get in no problem.
