View Full Version : Can't run the launcher.

My English is not good and i just have known this game recently.
If i post this in the wrong box, please forgive.
I want to ask: After i finished intalling cabal (and the patch also), I click the cabal starter icon but it just automatically shuts off and shows a message like this " exception EAccessViolation in module cabal.exe at 00000000, access violation at address 00000000. read of address 00000000"
Anyone tell me what's wrong there? I really want to play though....

What do you mean by "stop hacking"? I haven't started to play the game yet, how can i hack it?

same thing happened to me too... restart the game over and over (i build some patience there) if it still wont work, i'm sorry but you're gonna have to reinstall the game :( good luck

Ya re-install client then check files, also see if the game is compatable with your os and graphic card. That could cause it too from not starting up at all. I recently had to get a new graphic card myself, and now everything runs all smooth and dandy.

Somebody had this problem on CabalSEA and was kind enough to post its solution.

1. Go to your CABAL folder.
2. Go to the launcher folder.
3. Delete clone and gateway folder.
4. Apply the same manual patch again (not the 137 one, the 101214_CabalManualPatch121to136_pwd.exe one given by Kagami).
5. Key in the password (136CP5).
6. Follow through the file extraction, then choose 'Yes'.
7. Relaunch Cabal.exe

I'm not sure how you get the manual patch, but once deleting the 2 folders and then re-running the launcher, I assume it'll reappear as it should.
If not, I suggest you re-install Cabal.

In that case will prob be confusing for him. Get yaself teamviewer updated version, and have someone you trust do it for you so you can learn ahead from them.

With that being said, ahuca, I suggest you simply check files, then try re-installing.

I have follwed all of your steps ( including re-install Cabal) but it still doesn'
t start at all.:(
