Why have I been banned? I didn't cheat!

I woke up in the morning, log in my account. And i don't know why: " You account has been blocked, You can't connect ..." What is going on? It's 2 days and i still can't connect.
I' Sure that i don't use any program, i don't cheat, i don't spam, i don't hack anybody ( how can i do that ?). They blocked my account without saying a word.
When will i log in? Or they will block my account forever, i've wasted much money in this game and be blocked after 1 month had played.
