Installing Cabal gave me a virus

When I finished installing Cabal, I got a virus. Unfortunately, I forgot what the virus was called. But i do know that it didn't let me remove the virus. Now I'm afraid to play the actual game. Anyone know what happened?

If you downloaded the CABAL client off our website (www.cabal.com) then the client is Virus-free. What I'm assuming is that your Anti-virus gave a false reading. Sorry about that ;)
