your asking a rhetorical question, ofcourse it takes 7 days if they have not responded yet in a week Lol?
As brolic said theres been people with tickets opened for months. I wouldnt say since OGP transfer is the norm, but usually pertaining to blocked accounts n such and you would expect that for the bigger problems...
