When we're on the forums posting and moderating or in this case we aren't posting and moderating, we are told to do our job. Pick one buddy, we can't do both.
By the way, for compromised account issues. [GM] Kato said to refrain from sending duplicate tickets; such activity neither helps nor speeds up the process of the ticket that is already being investigated. One is more than enough, but if you really need to send another one, please makes it count. If you have any other helpful information, please submit another ticket titled “More Info – Account Compromised.”
For the accounts that have been Temporarily Blocked, your account is being investigated due to being link to the recent issues. We strongly recommend waiting 2 weeks and if your account remains blocked, please submit another ticket. Sending and creating duplicate tickets neither helps or speeds up the process of having your account unblocked.
For other blocked accounts, not related to sub-password or temporary block, your issue may take longer to be addressed due to the staggering amounts of tickets being submitted and the enormous amount of duplicate tickets we have to go through each day. Please rest assured that your ticket has been received and read and will be addressed soon.

Creating threads or sending us private messages regarding your ticket “will not” cause your ticket to be addressed faster than other players.

Please only submit a ticket if you are experiencing an issue. Please “do not” submit a ticket for your friends, family members or guild mates. All issues must be submitted on the account that is experiencing the issue.
