Guild Emblem event

I wanted to know if lvl 5 guilds can participate in the emblem event? On the Event notice it mention new guilds to lvl 4 guilds. Does anyone know ??????

bro, lrn2read, that says that only guilds that are created during the event...that only lvl 1-4s are qualified to get the emblem, and if lvl5 is reached cuz its impossible wouldnt be aligable...derp.

I just think that the gm made a mistake on that. The rules do not say they have to lvl the guild to the next level its just an added bonus of 50% if they do. So maybe they will see this post and those guild that are lv 5 will have a chance to also get an emblem.

My guild has an emblem I am just concerned with the other guilds that don't have one.
