Unblocked after a year(or not)

So,as you all know my account was banned due to a billing issue, paypal delayed one of my payment for ecoins for a day, and my acc was banned, as soon as that happened I sent tickets and got no answer for a year, and today, I recived this:

I loled freaking hard.

Thank you GM for unbanning my account when it means almost nothing to me, and oh relax GM, you dont need to feel sorry cuz 1 year is nothing, I usually wait for more than 10 years for a MMORPG.

then I went to check if its ACTUALLY unblocked, but nope, its still blocked, so I opened another ticket and now I wanna see how long the process of actually "UNBLOCKING" an account takes.

As said in the petition, we apologize for how long this issue took to resolve. If your account is still blocked and you've already put in a ticket about it, then we'll handle it asap.
