Extending Character-Bound items, is it possible?

As the title says, is this actually possible? Allow me to say fully what I mean:

1 - Item is Character-Binding such as Lycanus weapons
2 - Item does not have a duration period
3 - Item does not already have an extended slot

With these 3 easy to explain options of the item already, is it possible to use a slot extender on the item?

yes u can, except for lycanus, from what ive heard, lycanus is only extendable if it is nonslot, but if it drops with a slot, it is not extendable
