Yet another Game Guard issue

I have been trying for 9 hours straight (that only counts today not the months) trying to figure out how to fix an error of Game Guard. I have tried countless times.

I have added the Game Guard folder to the exceptions list of AVG and Firewall.

I have ran CCleaner before starting the game.

I have tried the run command trick and "host" file edit trick.

I still encounter the error (aka error 114).

Here are images of my Task Manager if anyone can point out if anything is stopping me from playing Cabal and is interfering with Game Guard. Or could you tell me if this is the fault of the update of the site or the removal of an event, etc.

I also have another issue. After opening cabal and running it. If I encounter the error 114 game guard will remain open and will not appear in the task manager nor will any components of game guard. Forcing me to restart my computer to try cabal again.

Sorry I'm just getting a little impatient and bored for the past few months :/ My only real issue is that game guard not closing after cabal failing since I tried about all error 114 solutions.
