log in problem!!

i have a log in problem in cabal!! it takes like 3 to 4 times for me to log in cuz if imma gonna log in the window will not responding and it goes all white screen.., so i need to close the window and log log in again!! im using windows 7 64 bit!! what should i do? plz help me
