Does it take for ecoins to show up after payment processed when you pay through paypal standard?
instant to a few seconds.

Usually it's instant but sometimes you have to wait for one minute then it'll show up in your account, just to warn you ESTsoft only allows two cabal accounts to use the same paypal. Try using a third one with the same paypal you'll be refunded the instant you try buying eCoins.
