So I bought some ecoins to get safe guards, but it turned out paypal express was messing up. So I went and payed with standard paypal, then it turns out it takes days for the ecoins to arrive through stadard. So no safeguards for me. :D

if ur buying with paypal standard u should get ecoins instantly . unless u dont have a balance or if ur adding funds to ur paypal from the bank etc. that may take 3-5 days

it depends on your credit card, sometimes there's situation where fund dont relay to paypal right away.
dun worry it looks like safeguards are here to stay lol they were suppose to go down hours ago
