its funny how the gms decide who they gona help in help desk tickets. my real life friend has had a help desk in for over 2 week about being hacked, but a guildy got hacked the next day his help desk had been responded to, and the day after that the investagation for his accout was done while my friend is still wating. weird hu. and they say all tickets get answered in an ordley fashen.
