calm down dude. They'll be here eventually. Yea it looks like it'll be delayed a bit, but geeze. It's not the end of the world. They're just extra icons to a videogame that most of us play.
I'm pretty sure they said the emblems will be awarded out on July 30th

I'm pretty sure they've past the deadline when they were supposed to announce the winners, so we'll have to consider it delayed a few days right now. No harm really :) just a couple more days of waiting.
