Okay so I made a new account on the EST site today, but everytime I try to log in, it says invalid id/pw. I am 100% sure that I typed it in correctly. I also tried changing the pw by using the "forgot pw" service, but still the new password doesn't even work. why can't I log in? I want to use the item shop and what not. PLEASE HELP!
