Please tell me why when i send in a help issue giving them proof i completed a survey/offer/download they still decide Not to award me and they say send us the confirmation email? THEIR IS NO confirmation email for a offer saying download this or that so how the hell does this work

That's why you don't download crap like that....it's all a scam when they ask you to install this or that or pay this or that to take a survey.
