Problem Submitting Guild Emblem

So I tried to submit the emblem through attachment in help desk.

It gives out some korean warning message: 업로드 가능한 파일이 아닙니다 saying it is not supported and so the ticket is not submitted.

I tried 3 different browsers with jpeg, png and psd format. All of them give the same warning message..

Any ideas? How are other guilds submitting their emblems?

Name your image as <filename.jpg>, it will be fine

I will try this after work.. We would prefer not to have jpg because of the poor quality and we need psd to submit transparency effect..

Not at all :( In the end I resorted to changing .jpg and it accepted it. I guess no transparency and got to accept the lower color quality. I tried zip and rar none of it will go through :(

yeah i dont understand they said the 30th its passed the 30th.. and i sent my ticket the 27th

I tried but it did not go through for me :( Perhaps it is just cabal na website problem. Regardless they have the tickets in progress already...
