Can't Delete a character!

I want to delete a character but I can't. It says " All sub passwords have to be unset before deleting any characters " and I do not know what this means.

You have to take the sub-pass off of your account.

There's 3 sub passwords. 1 on character selection, 1 on character inventory and 1 on warehouse.

Where do I inactivate the character inventory and the warehouse one?

Obviously you have them set so you should know where they are.

I guess that's one way to prevent you from deleting someone else's character.

I think it's a glitch, I tried to earlier today, and I couldn't. I only use the character sub-pass, and I turned it off.
