I'm searching for the best method. Or is the only way to enter-leave dungeon? And if that's so what is the best quest for a level 79 to delevel like that?

I haven't confirmed that deleveling is even still in the game. I think they might have removed it.

main quest only
a 79 would drop the most exp in a level 79 quest dungeon
1. enter
2. click enter on the 'enter or exit' screen
3. exit dungeon using the menu accessed by clicking the button by the cash shop icon (lol, what a dumb way to explain that) a visual bug prevents the exp slider from updating till more exp is gained, or the character logs back in

switch to the select character screen using the options menu
