10 resit rate is to damm much with honor rank 15+

T_T to much rate,even my FB has 57/57 won't be enough..Est is making it to hard..should just(take out bringer out of the game).

if u take out bringer there is still hr 20 title and last war title that resist 10 rate

Whats more interesting is the area 8 casting. So you can buff others too o.o!?

I am guessing the 300 is either cd or buff time

its cd since the cd is always above cast time
