Guild Emblem Resubmit

Did any other guild that won guild emblem resubmit for adjustment? Our emblem turned out really poor so I submitted another.

They claimed in the event errata that we can resubmit another within 5 days of in game application but so far they ignore my ticket :)

Any insight on this is appreciated!

For those interested to know what they turn submitted emblems to:
-They crop out center 14x14 from claimed 16x16
-Reduced color quality further from jpg
-Reduce color gradient into more uniform color
-Blurred to smoothen details
-All this could be overlooked if they just allow submission of psd format!
