When players report they got hacked or scammed, you tell them please wait for help desk and reply asap, asap means 5months + and by the time u guys anwser them you say" Sorry ur items are already sold or traded away and cannot be compensated because we didnt got to the ticket in time" so wats the point of help desking and non helpdesking just giving ppl false hope. WHY CANT U BE LIKE CABAL KOREA HAVE A SEPERATE HELP SECTION FOR ACC SCAM/HACK??
