I can't see Skill Animations??

I can't see their skill animations?? Such as the dark circles around that FB's attack and wizards spells just their hands are moving and bodies. I activated "Show Skill Animation" and it F's up my game where I cant use Dash and stuff. (UBER GLITCH)

Go to ur options, in preferences there is a bar called Effects put them to the right and thats it
