No, the drop table for the core cubes all include the same items, they may or may not have the same drop rates for all the items.
SEL are just very, very, very easy to manufacture.
For reference, so far I've gotten 82 Bike Upgrade kits from core cubes.

I opened 10 enchantment cubes high back to back and got just uch and uchh 2 weeks after they released the expansion,when they released the test notes during bets testing for this expansion pack,the tester noted that after opening 3 enchantment cube highest that he got 1 sehh 2 pchh and some other crap,he also said that after opening 5 enchantment cubes high he got 2 seh 1 pch and other crap,EST nerfed the drop rate for these cubes so you would spend money in cash shop.
