Instead of making it hard on everyone why doesn't EST do something to direct people interested in playing to their main gateway here:

Check there OP, it will show you by detecting your IP which version you should be playing, if it directs you back to CabalNA/Global then submit a help desk ticket, we can't do much more than above.
