After 24-25 update game won't start

After the 24-25 update I opened up the cabal Updater and at the bottom it keeps saying "Failed to download sever information. Restart launcher please." I even tried rebooting my laptop and after that it still did this. I thought it might be my internet connection but I can get on web browser and surf the web with no problem. Please if anyone has any solutions please tell me. Thnx.
