what happened with fiery and luv was suppose to be a message to scammers out there that u will get banned and lose the things u earned urself but now brolic is sending a message that scamming is ok as long as u have acces to their accnt

First of all GMs can't/won't intervene between disputes involving cases of "scammed" gear or alz that has been loaned between players. Secondly using Luv as an example of getting gear back after being scammed is a horrible example because I'm probably the only person who actually knew what happened who is still somewhat active on the forums. He wasn't "scammed" but he was able to get his gear back with my and a few other people's help. I have no idea what happened with Brolic since I quit but I would imagine there is little to no chance of him getting banned even if he did "scam" gear.
