why dont GMs add payment of alz section upon character transfer, so that we can easily sell account binding items without the risk of being scam if the other receiver don't pay!!
or add a item in cash shop that use to un-bind account binding item n make it tradeable....like the costume hangers stuff
and how does sub-pass word for character transfer work anyway.....what's the use of that @@
