i just reinstalled cabal because so many problems are popping out.. now my new problem is when i update another message pops out "fail to create, if cannot delete pls restart you os" what should i do.. i searched all the webs and forums and there just isnt any answer. im really getting frustrated! plsssssss help!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
