I think it does detarget but not always as I find. There are some combos that I dont lose target no matter how often my target fades (kind of like a bug but useful to chase XD)

Yeah I seen this happen, I wont lose target unless the guy fades multiple time

It does de-target but if you dash or fade or blink.... when the victim is fading you won't get de-target just like how down and stun work

Iam not saying stun and down de-target iam saying that when u fade blink dash... u wont get down or stun, and here this apply to fade step and yes you wont lose target when u fade blink dash
