Can't play another version if you have a version of Cabal already in your region. The fact this is CabalNA/Global, the Global is a mislead, not everyone can play here, just NA and those regions w/o a version of Cabal that do not block games like Cabal and such. U.S., Canada, Mexico, New Zealand/Australia, Vietnam, and think one other region are not blocked to play here. So you are left with the CabalEU version, sorry friend.

what do you mean can't donate? Eu has a cash shop as well
