You aren't responsible for bugs, you're responsible for abusing them. I don't see this dcing other people from war do you? The fa bug the GMs clearly said not to abuse it yet you had FAs camping base repeatedly dcing the enemy nation. If you don't see a differance between the two you have more serious problems.
